He is the birthday boy

Happy Birthday, Scottie! I love you so much! You are FULL of life and love and energy. I love when you have your eyes wide open. 3 year old, brother

Davis rocks

Imagine my life with this babe! He is so awesome. Love him.

We love America...and Hillcrest

Hillcrest was a hard transition for us. I pulled Johnny out of a charter school where he had gone for a year and a half and put him into our neighborhood school. I can't believe I didn't realize how incredible Hillcrest is! His first grade teacher has helped him catch up a full school year of work in just 5 months. He would come home every day and just tell me how much he hated it. Because he had to sit at a desk and follow directions. Crazy stuff like that. But he has absolutely rocked this. I'm so glad I didn't wait for the school year to end. Hillcrest has amazing programs and education and opportunities to shine. Johnny loved it now. He came to me the other night and said, "Mom, I love to read." The enormity of that sentiment is monumental after the huge struggle and hours we have put into teaching him. I'm so proud of him.

Spring Break 2015

Happy graduation, Annie

All of the siblings were there to support the big day.
Once you have graduated, you can do anything.
Just because you are the NCAA champions doesn't mean that you want to graduate from anywhere other than the BYU. Go cougars!

Hillcrest Hawks getting jiggy

Friday was the dance festival. It really was a group effort to get Johnny and Evelyn dressed in the correct decade. Morgan Snow donated a skirt to Evelyn's cause and Beal provided the tie dye for Johnny. Our kids love to dance and it is so fun to watch them shake their booties and smile. Love it. Love them. Hillcrest has been so good to us. I can't wait for Davis to attend preschool in the fall.

Summer fun

Locked and loaded ready to rock seven peaks. We still have our pass of all passes going strong.

Thumbs up

When Johnny boy was in utero he gave me an A-OK sign because I was so nervous that something was wrong with him. Here is his 6 year old assurance that everything is still going to be just fine.

Lee and Lacey

We went to Cowabunga Bay with Lee and minus the dark clouds and winds, we had a great time. It was fun to have everyone together minus that time where I lost Davis in the lazy river.
We stayed until the last possible second and everything was super smooth minus the seven times the party van broke down. Family fun credit to Utah Foster Care for hosting all of us minus our dad who was in Florida with Tony Robbins. Check out those biceps!

Cheers!
