I love my brothers. They are so talented. My brother, Collin, is basically a go-to kind of guy. He would do anything, make anything happen, and move mountains to do it if he knew that you needed it. He is a Davis boy - through and through and he loves to do a good job.
My brother, Micah, is basically a hear-to kind of guy. He writes songs that make me cry because they are so meaningful. He wrote the music to this video, which won a pencil award.
My brother, Jon, is basically a picture-to kind of guy. He documented the birth of my son, for which I am forever grateful - who gets to keep a photo essay of your child's birth besides inside your mind? He is open-minded and shares what he knows with others.
My brother, Jacob, is basically a buff-to kind of guy. He wanted to join a football league but was about 10 pounds overweight so he went on a self-imposed STRICT diet to make sure that he lost all the fat on his body so he could only have lean muscle so he could play on the football league. Then, when he went to sign up, they didn't even make him weigh in. He just wrote his weight with every ounce of moral authority he could on the sign up sheet.
My brother, Micheal, is basically a work-to kind of guy. He can do anything he sets his mind to. He has his real estate license, works for a private wealth management firm, can jump a MASSIVE wake and surfs (even while listening to country music). Mike is known to pull 80+ hour work weeks because of all his different projects. He is the man.
I am surrounded by brothers who are the best at what they do. And I'm not just saying that because I'm related to them. Being surrounded by greatness is exciting because you cross your fingers and hope that it rubs off on you.
Let's hear it for the boys. Let's give the boys a ha-ya-ya-ya-yand.
